Hana completed a BSc in Geography at the University of Victoria in 2019. From her undergraduate work she gained experience collecting and analyzing oceanographic data in the Strait of Georgia. She also participated in summer field work with the ALE Lab and enjoyed her time mapping green alder. Her current MSc research will use a variety of remote sensing and statistical techniques to investigate how water bodies across different vegetation and geologic settings respond to climate change. Outside of work she enjoys cycling, playing recreational soccer and Quidditch.
